Complementary Therapies

Complementary therapies can help to alleviate stress and side effects of medication. Therapies offered include: Aromatherapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Cranio Sacral therapy, Homeopathy & Yoga. All therapists are fully qualified.

Counselling

Sahir House counsellors are fully qualified & have experience in working with people who are living with & affected by HIV. This is a confidential & non-judgmental service

Monthly support groups for Sahir House members who are living with or affected by HIV.

HIV Community Nurses

HIV specialist nurses providing one-to-one support and information on health related issues, by appointment only at Sahir House

Advocacy
