We feel that it is imperative to invest in local services and their staff by providing training on up to date information, as well as understanding the impact of living with HIV. This enables other services to provide better information support to people who use those services and creates purposeful information exchange and referral networks.

The training will challenge discrimination and will not collude with the myths that surround HIV.
You will be entitled to participate in the planning and be given the opportunity to evaluate your training.
Participants who complete the course will receive a Certificate of attendance.
Our Training Courses cover the following areas:
'What are HIV & AIDS?'; HIV transmission; HIV prevention; HIV testing; sexual health matters; the practice of confidentiality; challenging discrimination & welcoming diversity; gender; sexuality; race; models of good practice regarding equal opportunities and anti-discrimination; exploring the impact of living with HIV; local services provision and other related matters.
